- Wash and soak basmati rice for 1 hour. Bring water to a boil add salt, oil, bay leaf, cardamon, cinnamon, cloves. Boil until rice is almost cooked and then keep aside.


- Cut onions and fry until caramelised and golden brown. Stir constantly when it starts browning so to prevent burning.

- Heat a pan add oil, onions ginger garlic and attarugu. Fry and add spices then minced meat cook for 5 minutes then add tomatoes and green chilli.yourghurt and water. Add seasoning cube cover and allow to cook until tomatoes are mushy, the water has dried up and oil has separated.
