  2. For the veggies you can take any of your choice. I had used Colourful bell peppers you can use of any one colour also. Some carrots, cherry tomatoes, corn kernels, spring onion greens and whites, coriander leaves, apple and paneer cubes. You can use mozzarella cheese balls also in place of paneer cubes. All I did is washed the veggies throughly and pat dry them then chop then in fine cubes or dice them. I deseeded the bell peppers then dice it.
  3. If you don't have cherry tomatoes you can use normal tomatoes also simply deseed them then dice them. For the pasta I used shell pasta you can use any of your choice. I boiled the pasta 80% only as it's very important if it's over boiled them it will loose it's shape and won't look good. I boiled them with water, salt and 1 tsp oil as instructed on the packet. Then drain it and wash with cold water.
  4. Now let's prepare the dressing for that in a mug add extra virgin olive oil along with mayonnaise and cream cheese and beat them to combine very well. Then add all the above mentioned ingredients in the ingredient section of dressing and give it a good mix. Then keep it aside for 15-20 minutes. Always prepare the salad dressing 15-20 mins before mixing it in the salad by doing this the dressing it fully flavourful as every ingredients releases its flavour in the oil.

Once done serve it. Make this salad when the pasta is warm else it will not taste that good.
