  2. Heat a saucepan with medium heat, stir fry bacon until it becomes brown and crispy. Set aside. Save some oil for making the sauce.
  3. In the same sauce pan, heat the oil with medium heat. Stir fry garlic until it becomes fragrant. Add onion, carrot, celery and rosemary. Sauté for 10-15 min until it turns soft. Next, turn on medium-high heat, add minced beef and cook for 3-5 min until it turns brown.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes, tomato paste, whole peeled tomatoes with tomato juice, basil leaves, bay leaves, dried oregano, beef stock cube and red wine. Use a spoon to crush whole peeled tomatoes. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 1-1.5 hr.
  5. After simmering, add parmesan and taste.
  6. Put the sauce on top of spaghetti. Finally, sprinkle grated parmesan before serving.
